About the Ghana Project (GP)
The Ghana Project (GP) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization that was established by Nana Otimpong Otibribi III in 2009. The GP is dedicated to providing a broad based collaborative initiative, assisting in building and operating better schools for the people of Baika Buem, a disadvantaged local area in Jasikan District of the rural Volta Region in Ghana.
Volta Region
The Volta Region of Ghana contains 18 districts made up of 3 municipal and 15 ordinary districts.
Buem Micro-Credit initiative
The chiefs and people of Buem have decided on an irreversible path to economic and social development. Through the instrumentality of one of the citizens based in the United States of America, the traditional area now has a multi-functional grouping which it has named Bueman Micro-credit and Co-operative Society (BMCCS)
Jasikan District
Jasikan District is located in the northern sector of the Volta Region of Ghana, Africa.
